How a cat comes into Solas Rescue
We get cats from various places. A lot are strays or “found”. Some owner surrenders when we have space and some transfers from other rescues
How a foster is chosen
When a foster is needed, a message will be sent out with as much information as we have, and we will ask who can foster that cat.
It’s always a foster’s choice to accept or not accept any animal.
What to do when you get a new foster
1. FIll out an intake form ( or verify the person surrendering or has found the animal does so)
3. Treat with standard intake meds
