Time in Foster Care
During the time that the foster is with you, your main job is to make sure all basic needs are met- clean litterbox, food, water, and love.
You are also working on getting to know the cat and improving their socialization so a perfect home can be found for them. We count on you to help determine what type of home they would be best suited for.
We also ask that you keep track of the cat’s age and health. If you do your own cat’s vaccinations, please keep them on the schedule below.
If you do not do your own vaccinations, please reach out if we do not reach out to you first to schedule time for this to be done by a care coordinator.
If you notice any health issues, such as diarrhea, lethargy, eye, ear, or skin issues, please reach out so we can help provide meds or schedule a vet appointment as needed.
